LEG LIFTS.....I HATE LEG LIFTS ! ! ! AND I ESPECIALLY HATE WHEN THEY COME TO THE END OF A POSITION AND SAY ... 'AND HOLD 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 ..... AND RELEASE'. A friend & I, both of us attracted to men with addiction problems at the time, invented a spray called Addicts Away. I'll whip up a batch of Bad Carbs Away for us. MORTICIAADDAMS 10/20/2011 5:36PM     I hate all exercises like this/strength training and always have. It grows on some people but I was the first female to take weight lifting at the local junior college and I've been doing it since that time and I'm 59 so it ain't going to grow on me. It sucks. There is nothing fun about it. Maybe if Johnny Depp would do it with me then I might change my mind. Report Inappropriate Comment
