03:12 A recently Cologne trip. From 17 to 19 April 02:18

Via Della Scala, Florence | Crossandlink's Blog
Via Della Scala, Florence La Cantinetta on the Via Della Scala 7r in Florence you can find La Cantinetta Wine Bar. With my love I was there a few years ago, in May. It is not so hot in Florence and also not so busy. Of course we were there to see the highlights of the Renaissance. But also for the sense of Italy. And how shall I say it, because La Cantinetta contributed particularly to this. We slept in a (almost) single tent camping on the hillside. Fortunately in Florence all the beauty very close together. For a cappuccino or espresso we were so at La Cantinetta. For my feeling was all there as if it had to be: the barista with a neat bow tie, operation with a paper cap on the hair. Such as a cup of coffee is put ... On the bar is a businessman in silk suit next to an old woman with leeks in her bag, both equally absorbed in the enjoyment of coffee. Italians, they can enjoy so intense. I like to learn from them. La Cantinetta has a wood-fired brick oven. If you step inside you smell that very light, a refined wine crates aroma. There focaccia is baked. I ordered focaccia with porcini, fresh. Taking a cool glass of white wine. Unfortunately, I forgot which one. But the taste of it, that I will never forget. The crackling fresh crust, the resilient crumb of the bread, the intense flavor wine crates of the attention braised with porcini, just enough spicy, into a word. site assessment
