About things retractable that make me cook! Not of anger, retractable but of pleasure ... Beautiful cookbooks, ingredients, addresses, recipes for the kitchen, recipes for a great day or night out, nice wine, gift sites that I meet on the Internet and music ...
One day we were on the market in San Casciano Val di Pesa. This proved a very nice village with lots of nice shops and good restaurants. The next day went back to eat at Cantinetta del Nonno, a nice wine bar with a nice eetkaart and a super wine list. The map was entirely in Italian, so it was equally puzzling. Luckily I had Il Menu at me and then you come a long way ... if you get the time. Later on the card (photocopy of handwritten menu) it snatched and home given that it could have been even better! retractable This was not quite good come out of the translation to me. The puree of fava beans was a kind of pea soup with truffle retractable oil and parmasan. Very tasty but a bit violently on a hot day. Well pretty pure taste created with so few ingredients. retractable Claar had bruscetta with fresh tomato as a starter: find a typical retractable Tuscan evergreen and truly on ALL cards back. Of course also takes no time, effort and money to make this. Old bread, retractable tomato, garlic and olive oil! Variant of this (also on all cards) the chicken liver! We also met some orinelere bruscetta's against: pea puree with ricotta and mozzerella with grilled pancetta, to name two. Funny that at most restaurants you really only get the meat (or fish) that you have ordered, without garnish. I did not know. Nice how simple it can be. These were two incredibly tasty (high season with lots of garlic), sausages from the grill. As side dishes we had roast potatoes, a bean salad and a green salad. For dessert Claar had the best tiramisu retractable ever (she says so often ...) and I had a caramel pudding retractable with pear. Nice place ... if you're ever in the area are definitely worth the detour.
Like all those Tuscan retractable recipes. We could come together, because I live in Florence. I have paid all the authentic Italian cuisine and put the recipes on my website. Mon Nov. 05, 2007 06:15:00 pm
